Returns & Refunds

At Mahalo Beachwear, we want every piece you receive to feel as special as the moments you’ll create while wearing it. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the process smooth and transparent.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All tags and hygiene seals are intact
  • The product has not been damaged or altered

Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items that show any signs of wear will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mahalobeachwear.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to change a size or style, please place a new order and return your original item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
